Dear Church Family,
I want to share this recent article from The Gazette about the latest act of vandalism at our church. While it’s frustrating to experience these repeated incidents, let me be clear: we will not be discouraged.
First Congregational has always been a place of bold love, deep justice, and radical welcome—and that’s not changing. If anything, this strengthens our resolve to keep showing up with open hearts and unwavering hope.
As you read, I invite you to pray not only for our church but for our city, for those who feel compelled to act out in anger, and for the healing and justice we all long for. Together, we’ll continue to be who we are—faithful, courageous, and full of grace.
