All are invited to join us on the following dates for our First Congregational “Cooking School” where our presenters will demonstrate some recipes and offer new ideas for us to try in our own kitchens. We feel strongly that we need to nourish our bodies with wholesome food that will sustain our health, but also that we recognize the importance of sharing food around our own kitchen tables with friends old and new as a powerful way of creating connections and building friendships.

These monthly presentations are on Tuesdays, held in the Kitchen at FCUCC, from spring to fall. They are free and open to all although we put out a basket for optional donations at the conclusion for tips/contributions if you wish. The recipes will be furnished, and an opportunity for you to sample the prepared food will follow the demonstration, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and make comments.

Patti White, member of the church, will present how to create charcuterie boards on Tuesday, April 28 at 11am. All are welcome!
