Josh Rumple joined the FCC staff in October 2020 as the Director of Youth Ministry. He is also currently a Member in Discernment, pursuing ordination within the United Church of Christ.
After being raised in a very small town in northwest Ohio, Josh moved to a slightly bigger town in Indiana, where he earned a BS in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University. After graduation, he moved to Colorado Springs, where he worked in public education and customer service, as well as volunteering in a local church with youth, speaking, and music. During this time, he earned an MA in Theological Studies from Saint Leo University.
Josh is married to his wife, Rachel, and together they have one child, Finley, as well as a cat named Merlin. In his spare time, he loves to read and write, as well as completely nerd out on various tabletop games. He is passionate about social justice and making sure that every person is cared for and respected.
