Leadership Cultivation Committee

FCC UCC Annual Meeting

The purpose of the Leadership Cultivation Committee is to recruit and present to the Congregation at the Annual Meeting the most qualified candidates to fill vacancies on the Church Council. The Nominating Committee strives to match the passions and gifts of members with open positions, enabling the work of the church to set the table for all who hunger and thirst.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • If you are interested in applying for a position on the Church Council and/or the LCC, please download the STATEMENT OF INTEREST, complete it and submit it to any of the Leadership Cultivation Committee members.

In addition to these self-nominations, we welcome referrals of others you believe would bring positive impact, for these or future openings.

  • Would you like to recommend someone for a position? If so, please download the RECOMMENDATION FORM, complete it and submit it to any of the Leadership Cultivation Committee members.
